From Europe to the Americas and “ Down Under”, as far as China.
The company’s international development is the responsibility of our Export Manager who pilot the distributorship network as well as our partners and licensees throughout the world.
Tertu has also opened a representation office in Shanghai for promoting Tertu products in China.
In 1999, having taken the lead on its domestic market and keen to win new market share, TERTU decided to develop its international business. A new department was specially set up with the task of significantly increasing export turnover and setting up technology transfers through partnerships or licensing agreements.
The technology watch maintained on an international level by TERTU has allowed it to keep permanently abreast of new technical developments, the appearance of new products and business opportunities. Making the most of its skills and its burgeoning reputation in the highways equipment field, TERTU has established contacts with a number of important foreign companies, each of them leader on its domestic market, who have entrusted it with the exclusive distribution of their products in France.
Our INTERNATIONAL Department has also taken an active part in setting up these relationships and is closely involved in monitoring them.
Because of this involvement at an international level, TERTU has joined in 2003 the EUROPEAN ROAD FEDERATION (ERF) a Brussels-based organisation whose aims are to coordinate the views and concerns of Europe’s road sector, as well as to collaborate with European institutions in order to implement harmonised standards and improve European road network.
