At the start of the 1990s, our Research and Development Department came up with a new concept: the combination of wood and steel which solves several problems:
- using the aesthetic, braking and damping properties of wood
- reinforcing naturally heterogeneous wood with a metal frame
Thanks to its reduced working width, the T22 is particularly suitable for difficult installation conditions, such as protecting trees, reduced shoulders, steep plots, etc.
The width of its half round log, diameter 22 cm gives it an attractive and secure appearance.
It lightness makes it easy to install.
Our range of guardrails based on this concept is covered by several patents.
